Is Domestic Violence, DUI's, and Marijuana a Problem in the NFL?

As the NFL training camp begins there will be a couple of players that will be suspended for the first 2 to 4 games this year, some of the players are suspended for Domestic Violence with their loved ones.

Ravens Running Back Ray Rice is suspended for the first two games for hitting his girlfriend in an elevator, according to Bleacher Report Panthers Defensive End Greg Hardy is suspended for beating up his girlfriend in a downtown Charlotte apartment complex. Also Cardinals Linebacker Daryl Washington was sentenced to a year of probation for assulting the mother of his child according to ESPNW.com.

Now I will say this there is no reason that a man should ever put his hand on a woman it doesn't matter the situation. But Besides the Domestic Violence problem in the NFL DUI's and Marijuana has become a serious issue in the NFL. According to UTSandiego.com going back to April of 2013 there have been 30 players arrested for DUI's and marijuana possesion. Now has the NFL done something to try to absolve this situation? Besides suspending the players when they are arrested they do provide a car service for athletes who want to go out at night if they're too drunk afterward to drive. There are clinics and other places they can go to help solve their problem and positively contributing to our society once again.

There is more to be done and the NFL shouldn't just care about the player but they should care more about the person.
