The Eagles have won Super Bowl 52!

Super Bowl 52 Summary

I am happy to announce that we have a new Super Bowl Champion, the Philadelphia Eagles! On Sunday the Eagles beat the Patriots 41-33 to gain their 1st Super Bowl in their Franchise History. Nick Foles became the Super Bowl 52 MVP with 373 yards passing, 3 passing touchdowns, and 1 receiving touchdown.

The Eagles started off the game with driving down the field a scoring an early field goal. However the Patriots showed that they weren't going down without a fight, and they scored a field goal as well. The game ended up becoming a shoot out with the Patriots and Eagles both scoring touchdown after touchdown. In the 4th the Eagles had scored a late controversial touchdown and just need 1 stop to win the game.

On the Patriots second to last drive the MVP Tom Brady needed to score a touchdown to win the game. The ball was snapped and Brandon Graham beat his blocker and made Tom Brady fumble the ball. The Eagles got the ball back, they scored a field goal and ran more time off of the clock. The Patriots got the ball back with less than 2 minutes to go in the game and need a touchdown and a 2 point conversion to tie the game. Tom Brady threw up a "Hail Mary" and it went incomplete making the Eagles Super Bowl Champions.

The Philadelphia Eagles have done it!

This has been a magical season for the Eagles, with become the NFC East Champs, obtaining the number 1 seed in the NFC, and Carson Wentz playing to an MVP standard. The only thing to make their season any better would be for the Eagles to win the Super Bowl. They were the underdogs in every playoff game and in the Super Bowl but it didn't matter to them. The Eagles have stuck to who they are, moving the ball, and get turnovers. Even in the face of a dynasty in the Patriots they stood their ground and knocked out Goliath. So Congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles on becoming Super Bowl Champions. They will now go from being the hunters to the hunted, but I believe that they have the pieces to combat anyone in the League.
